There is no more welcome sight to a client with system or hardware problems than Darren Sammartino. He provides quality service with a friendly smile and a commitment to excellence that is second to none. Over the past ten years, Darren has engineered virtually all MSI client networks and maintains the System Wellness Programs of our most important clients.
His services include Microsoft network design and implementation as well as remote and virtual server configurations and sophisticated communication system engineering.
Darren is responsible for all on-site maintenance and repair, facility design and wiring, as well as ongoing network support and training.

Financial Systems Partner
Jeff represents the core financial system strength of MSI Technologies. He has enjoyed a highly successful career in corporate accounting prior to joining MSI and his depth of technical skill and accounting application has had a major impact within the Sage 300 ERP user community. He possesses a wealth of knowledge in Microsoft’s MS-SQL database design, MISys Manufacturing and Distribution Accounting systems, Customer Relations Management software (CRM), and many highly technical areas of Business Objects (Crystal) design implementation and financial report writing.
Jeff is certified in Sage 300 ERP accounting systems, MISys Manufacturing, and Sage 300 ERP’s Advanced CRM programs.

Darren has almost 20 years of sales and business development under his belt, he is a seasoned sales director/executive with experience in a variety of industries including financial, marketing, advertising, retail and personal services including B2B and B2C, both large and small. I enjoy the challenge of learning about new products and services as it helps to keep me on my toes!
