With the acceleration of Sage 300 ERP, you will most often find Allen in an airport or standing by a mobile phone helping to unravel a particularly difficult system integration problem or working out the final details of a Project Plan with a client. His ability to link the theoretical concepts of a problem to its’ practical application is the keynote to the MSI Project Design philosophy. Allen and his team of financial and technical professionals are committed to each and every project plan and it's timely, ongoing support management.

Allen is certified in Sage 300 ERP systems, Edisoft Merchant and Merchant Express EDI, and MISys Manufacturing Systems.

Dale brings more than 30 years of consulting and public accounting experience to our team. Utilizing his vast financial, systems, and technology experience, Dale acts in conjunction with Allen, as the primary business consultant and project coordinator for all PA and Central NJ consulting assignments. In addition to these responsibilities, he coordinates our Sage 300 ERP On-Site Pre and Post Training programs throughout the tri-state region.

Dale is certified in Sage 300 ERP systems, Sage Project and Job Costing, as well as Sage CRM and Insight systems.

There is no more welcome sight to a client with system or hardware problems than Darren Sammartino. He provides quality service with a friendly smile and a commitment to excellence that is second to none. Over the past ten years, Darren has engineered virtually all MSI client networks and maintains the System Wellness Programs of our most important clients.

His services include Microsoft network design and implementation as well as remote and virtual server configurations and sophisticated communication system engineering. Darren is responsible for all on-site maintenance and repair, facility design and wiring, as well as ongoing network support and training.

Jeff represents the core financial system strength of MSI Technologies. He has enjoyed a highly successful career in corporate accounting prior to joining MSI and his depth of technical skill and accounting application has had a major impact within the Sage 300 ERP user community. He possesses a wealth of knowledge in Microsoft’s MS-SQL database design, MISys Manufacturing and Distribution Accounting systems, Customer Relations Management software (CRM), and many highly technical areas of Business Objects (Crystal) design implementation and financial report writing.

Jeff is certified in Sage 300 ERP accounting systems, MISys Manufacturing, and Sage Accpac’s Advanced CRM programs.
